Chandler Whitaker:
Chandler is getting his degree in Exercise Science and minoring in Psychology. His plans are to finish his undergrad here at Utah State University in the spring of 17and then apply for Physical Therapy school as he wants to be a Physical Therapist when he grows up. If you need help in Science, Math, or Social Studies Chandler is you guy. He loves to help high school age students and elementary age students, be able to understand their school material.
He was born and raised in Bountiful, Utah. For the past seven years I've competitively swam for multiple swim teams and have been an assistant coach for some. He has participated in various swim teams, but says "that swimming is what got me interested in Physical Therapy and TEAM. When I was observing my own coaches I saw how they inspired and helped their swimmers reach their potential. I would love to do the same for those I work with in TEAM as well as those I may encounter as a Physical Therapist."
Chandler loves all dogs, his favorite color is green, sport is swimming. He enjoys doing anything with his friends and family. His favorite food is Persian, Greek and Chinese. He loves a lot of different kinds of movies and music.

A time when he was brave was when he asked his wife to marry him, " It was the scariest thing ever! I was shaking really bad" One thing he wish he had known when he was 16 and wants others to realize now is, " How important it is to work hard in the classroom, because it will greatly impact your college experience. I didn't work as hard as I should have and I payed for it...literally. One, I didn't qualify for scholarships so I have had to work my whole college career to pay for school. That was really terrifying, but it worked out pretty well."
One thing she wishes she would have understood when she was in high school is, " Saving money matters. Jobs in high school are great, and I wish I had set goals for what to do with my income. The earlier you start, the easier it is" An embarrassing moment in Amy life was, " Once upon a time I was kidnapped from my house at four in the morning as a choir initiation. So that's why I was wearing pajamas at school. And that is also why they ripped wide open in the middle of my ballroom dance class during a lift. The poor embarrassed boy dropped me straight on the ground where I lay laughing hysterically until Colton Balmforth brought me extra sweatpants from his locker"

I also love team building and all of the people at TEAM. We have amazing students and mentors." If you need help with Psychology or Human Development Katie would love to help ya. She also loves reading and writing, so all of the essays and applications TEAM students need help with she would be great to help ya.
Some things about Katie that you may not know "I am married to my very best friend and have been for two years. We both graduate in May and are planning on moving to Salt Lake City because of job offers. I love diet coke, ice cream, and pizza. I love to play and laugh. I also really enjoy reading and swimming. I am really good at monopoly but I don't like playing it. My first kiss was when I was 16. The boy missed my mouth. No joke. Missed, it was like an air kiss. After that he asked "Can I try again?" It was pretty awkward. We didn't date very long"
She has this to say about being brave "I think that going to school and working is brave. I believe that being brave doesn't have to be in one big event but it can be in just living and being happy each day." Something she wished she would have known when she was in High School is "Even though it seems like its the end of the world its not. I was a very dramatic teenager. Everything was the end of the world. I wish I could go back and tell myself that life goes on and that the future is better than the past."

I am from Tooele, Utah"  She says "I have always eaten like a pregnant women. I eat pickles and ice cream. I also love smothering mash potatoes in ketchup. Oh and taco sandwiches are my new go to food. My mom jokes that when I am pregnant I will finally eat like a normal person. My favorite animal is a tiger. My favorite color is purple. My favorite sport is softball. My favorite activity is sleeping. My favorite food is beef stroganoff. My favorite movie is The Lion King. My favorite song changes constantly.        A funny story from Liberti: " I was playing softball and when I swung the bat it flew out of my hands and made it to third base. The baseman had to dive out of the way. I then had to walk all the way over there to retrieve it and finish my turn batting"
She says a time when she was brave was coming up here to go to school, she had to change her whole life, but knows that by doing these things she is bettering her life. One thing she wished she would have understood in high school is " You can say no to your friends. If you do not have time for something say that you cannot do it."
